This policy explains what personal data Lunnys Webdesign ("I", "me") collects through stlu.uk, why, and what rights you have over it. This site is operated by Steven, trading as Lunnys Webdesign, contactable at [email protected].
When you use the contact form, I collect the information you submit: your name, email address, the service you're enquiring about, and your message. I don't collect any personal data automatically through tracking scripts — this site doesn't run analytics or advertising cookies.
Solely to respond to your enquiry. This is processed on the lawful basis of legitimate interest — replying to a message you chose to send me.
Form submissions are sent directly to my email inbox via Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers and Email Routing), which processes the message in transit but does not store it. I don't share, sell, or pass your details to any third party for marketing.
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or any resulting project, then deleted. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.
This site does not set any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which provides hosting and security for this site, may set strictly necessary cookies (for example to distinguish real visitors from bots) — these don't require consent under UK law as they're essential to the site functioning securely, and no personal profile is built from them.
